Maintenance and Care

To keep your jewelry looking new, we encourage you to store your pieces in an air tight container like a plastic bag or box. Because our items are .925 sterling silver, they are prone to natural oxidization by exposure to air. Wiping down your jewelry with a cleaning cloth after use will help maintain the sparkle. Avoid soap, chlorine, and other harsh chemicals while wearing your items.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept returns up to 14 days from receipt. This does not apply to items that are customized or personalized. If you would like to make a return, please email us at returns@aliciajeandesigns.com with your order number and item, and we will be glad to process it for you.

Shipping & Handling Fees

All orders are shipped via UPS and will normally take 3-5 days to arrive. This does not account for production time for your item, which may take up to 2 weeks for personalized items. We are happy to offer international shipping. Please contact us for a more precise shipping quote.

Materials & Plating
/
We only using .925 sterling silver as a base metal for all of our products. In addition, all items undergo an additional plating. For silver items, they are coated with an anti-tarnish finish that will help prolong the natural oxidization process. Our yellow and rose gold undergo an 18kt plating process and are heavily coated with 1.0 micron of plating, which is a higher quality than the standard plating process.

All of our materials are sourced ethically and produced by generational metalsmiths. The stones used in our products come from conflict-free zones or are manufactured by ethical stone makers. Jewelry should never come at a price of a human life. We stand by our products as pieces that should last a lifetime.
